Conference & Banqueting Porter
to join our team. This is a
full time position
with
flexible hours over 7 days a week

Main Responsibilities:

* Maintain high standard cleanliness in all conference and event areas, including lobbies, halls, meeting rooms, restrooms, and backstage spaces.
* Set up event spaces with required furniture, signage, and materials according to floor plans and client specifications.
* Regularly inspect venues to ensure cleanliness standards are met throughout the event.
* Provide professional and courteous assistance to guests and event organizers as needed.
* Replenish supplies (e.g., toiletries, sanitizers, paper products) in restrooms and common areas.
* Handle minor maintenance issues or report them to the appropriate department.
* Clear waste bins, clean spills, and sanitize high-touch surfaces consistently.
* Assist with dismantling and clean-up at the end of events.

Skills & Qualifications:
Previous Experience In a Guest-facing Role Is Preferred
Ability to work under time constraints and on own initiative

Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
