Duties
* Maintenance of kitchen area.
* Cleaning of kitchen area: sweep/mop floors, steam clean bins, empty waste bins.
* Cleaning of pots, pans and kitchen equipment and ensuring they are stored correctly and neatly.
* Ensuring kitchen equipment is in working order.
* Reporting maintenance issues to the team leader and working closely with kitchen management to ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety.
* Keeping storeroom organised.
* Unloading food deliveries and kitchen equipment.
* Afternoons and cover mornings for holidays.
