Type: Permanent and Hybrid (onsite 3 days a week)
The Enterprise Architect (EA) is responsible for defining, maintaining, and governing the enterprise architecture framework across the organization. This role ensures alignment between business strategy and technology investments, driving long-term scalability, integration, security, and efficiency across systems and platforms. The Enterprise Architect partners with executive leadership, business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams to design and implement a cohesive technology ecosystem that supports business growth and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned to business strategy.
Define architectural standards, principles, and best practices.
Establish and govern enterprise-wide architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
Lead architecture review boards and ensure compliance with governance standards.
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations.
Translate business capabilities and strategic objectives into architectural solutions.
Collaborate with business leaders to identify capability gaps and transformation opportunities.
Ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value.

Guide cloud strategy, modernization initiatives, and legacy transformation.
Support IT portfolio management and investment prioritization.

Ensure architectural designs comply with security, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.
Identify enterprise-level technology risks and mitigation strategies.
You Will Ideally Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of progressive experience in IT architecture, systems design, or technology leadership.
5+ years in an enterprise or solution architecture role.
Strong experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
