Senior Nurse Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Nurse Manager to lead our nursing home in Co Monaghan. As a highly experienced and motivated professional, you will play a crucial role in upholding excellence in person-centred care, clinical oversight, and continuous innovation.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing daily clinical operations with empathy and professionalism. You will promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and safety for both residents and staff, and drive continuous quality improvement and ensure full compliance with HIQA regulations.
You will also support staff development through mentoring and training initiatives, oversee risk management, safeguarding, and the implementation of best practices in elder care.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will hold a Registered General Nurse qualification with NMBI registration, as well as a management qualification in health or a related field. They will have a minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in Older Person Care within the past 6 years, and at least 3 years of management experience in health or social care.
They will also possess a post-registration management qualification and have a knowledge of Health Act, HIQA guidelines, NMBI Scope of Practice & Code of Professional Conduct and importance of Safeguarding / dementia care.
