About the Role

You will be a trusted thought leader as you ensure our projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Your strategic mindset and fresh perspectives will be an essential part of bringing innovative solutions for patients.


Key Responsibilities:

* Executes and leads the execution of tasks as defined in the project management plan to achieve project goals and actively manages project risk.
* Determines and discerns detailed requirements on larger scale projects to establish project deliverables and manages changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
* Facilitates the creation and approval of business cases and utilizes historical data and expert judgment to understand project limitations.
* Establishes and maintains team members and project stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications.
* Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor progress, identify variances, perform corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's (Hons) Degree in a related field.
* 8 years' hands-on experience managing projects within the medical devices/pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry.


Preferred Qualifications:

* Demonstrated experience in Project Management methodology.
* 8 years of hands-on experience managing projects of increasing complexity.
* Proven expertise in using MS Office Suite and related project management systems.
* Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills, including negotiating and relationship management skills.
* Extensive understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to managing large-scale project plans.
* Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to influence change.
