Position Description Programme Support National Programme Deliveryare responsible fordeliveryofseveralmajor capital programmes as part of PR6 including upgrade and refurbishment of the MVLVNetwork,upgrades to the 38k V/110k V distribution substations through the ARMO programme,delivering1/3 of housing connections and upgrades to the MV distribution programme.
This workis delivered through400+ role ofthe programme support team member is toprepare,coordinateandupdate managementand reporting documentation for the contractorstogether with providing clerical support to thecontractor enablement role also includesimplementation of a range of processes that will be continuously updated to support contractor delivery.
Key Responsibilities Provideclerical support to Networks Projects Leaders and National Programme Implementation Manager Create management files for Contractor Overhead Line Patrol programmes Create contractor reporting sheets Contractor Overhead Linepatrol programmes Create reporting sheets for Resilient Networks Inspectionsprogramme Manage the request process for Online APPportal uploads Review with NPIM progress of work across UG and Stations to include monitoring of workcentreschanges required and liaising with business support to implement changes Support implementation of new process forwork closureacross OHL, 20k V and Stations Experience and Qualifications Essential Either 3rdlevel qualification or equivalent work experience is essential.
Full clean driving licence Working knowledge of and competencyin the use of IT systems such as SAP, SAPISUand PHR Good communications skills with a strong emphasis on customer focus A flexible approach to working Ability towork as part of a team Desirable Working knowledge of ESB Networks Business Processes, SAPand IWM systems an advantage Experience of working with contractors Location The role canbe locatedin Limerick(Rosbrien Depot)or Dublin South (Leopardstown Campus).
While training attendance in the office will berequired5 days a weekand when training is complete2.5 daysper week will be a requirement of therole.
