Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Contract Catering Location: Cork Salary: €50,000 per annum Day Time - Monday to Friday The Noel Group is are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Restaurant Manager to join a high-performing team within a contract catering environment in Cork. This is a daytime, Monday to Friday role, ideal for an experienced Restaurant Manager looking to maintain work-life balance while leading a quality-driven food service operation. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of a busy on-site restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service, staff coordination, client satisfaction, and compliance with food safety and operational standards. Duties & Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations Lead, motivate, and develop a team of front-of-house and service staff Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction at all times Maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and food quality standards Liaise with culinary teams and clients to coordinate service delivery Monitor budgets, costs, and inventory to ensure efficient operations Handle scheduling, training, and team performance reviews Ensure all operations comply with company policies and HACCP standards Requirements Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar supervisory role in a hospitality or catering environment Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Understanding of contract catering or high-volume service environments an advantage Excellent customer service ethos and people management abilities Ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently and independently Flexibility, reliability, and a passion for delivering excellent service Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland Visa and relocation packages are not provided Salary & Benefits Salary: €50,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience) Daytime hours - Monday to Friday schedule Opportunities for career progression within a respected hospitality group Access to professional development and training programs A dynamic and supportive working environment
