Commercial Accountant – Navan
Our Client
Our client is an Irish‑Owned company based in Navan. They are seeking to add a Commercial Accountant to their lean finance team on the back of persistent growth and demand.

Who should apply?
Qualified Accountants with 0‑2 years PQE and strong academic background, currently working as:
Audit Senior or Assistant Manager in a Big 4
Financial Accountant or Senior Financial Accountant looking to make the step up in level.
Ability to work autonomously and prioritise work.
Able to understand and interpret complex accounting matters.
Proven track record of consistently hitting academic milestones in a timely manner.
A great personality, able to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Role and Reporting Lines
This role reports to the Head of Finance and will involve:
Managing the coordination and preparation of audit files and the statutory financial statements.
Working with the commercial team creating realistic forecasts and budgets.
Detailed preparation of the full cash flow for investments and transactions.
Carrying out analysis and reporting on the monthly Profit and Loss movements.
Assisting with statutory filing of Accounts, VAT, Stat returns, etc.
Assisting in the group consolidation process.
Liaising with internal and external auditors.
Carrying out work on ad‑hoc projects as they arise working with multiple teams.
Regularly presenting detailed analysis and commercial status to senior management.
