Main Responsibilities
1. Project Delivery: Assist in the design, analysis, and delivery of civil engineering projects.
2. Structural Calculations: Conduct structural calculations, site inspections, and project assessments.
3. Technical Documentation: Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
4. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure project success.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
6. Tendering: Support tendering processes and feasibility studies for new projects.
7. Leadership (Senior): Mentor junior engineers, manage project timelines, and take a leadership role in complex engineering solutions.
Candidate Requirements
1. Educational Background: A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of structural design principles, materials, and construction methods.
3. Software Experience: Experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, or similar.
4. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Irish and European building codes and regulations.
5. Skill Set: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
