As such, we are seeking Casual Event Security Staff to join our experienced and growing team.This role offers excellent flexibility for those seeking either regular work or just a few shifts. While previous experience is desirable, it is not essential – what matters most is a professional attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills.Essential Requirements:Valid PSA (Static Security) LicenceFull, clean Driver's LicenceFluent English – both spoken and writtenAvailable for weekend and evening shiftsAuthorised to work in Ireland2 years of security experience within the last 8 yearsDesirable:Excellent customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to stay calm and focused in busy environmentsKey Responsibilities:Attend pre-event briefings and follow site-specific instructionsProvide clear and professional assistance to event attendeesCarry out access control, searches, and monitor entry pointsEnsure crowd safety by observing for disturbances or hazardsManage queues and assist with crowd movement and controlRespond to emergencies and support event management teamsEnforce venue rules and ensure safety protocols are maintainedTraffic and parking marshalling, as requiredWhat We Offer:€14.50 per hour, paid weeklyFlexible shift patterns to suit your scheduleSupportive and professional team environmentOpportunities to upskill through training and developmentHow to Apply:We are hiring now for shifts beginning in the coming weeks.
