Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide essential support to our travel team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support to Travel Executives in sales and operations.
* Check supplier inventory availability.
* Process invoices and make supplier reservations as directed.
* Maintain accurate customer records and data entry.
* Assemble documents, including building detailed itineraries.
* Support the Sales & Operations Manager with reporting and ad hoc duties.
* Manage incoming/outgoing calls and email queries.
* Schedule meetings, organize calendars, and prepare agendas.
Skills & Competencies
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Able to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook; advanced Excel preferred).
* Motivated, flexible, and able to work on own initiative.
* Knowledge of golf (preferred, not essential).
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
Experience & Qualifications
* Leaving Certificate (preferred).
* Minimum 1 year office-based experience.
