Amendments to the railway order may also be necessary, requiring town planning expertise.Asset protection will involve developing a robust review process for planning applications within the route corridor, supporting engagement with statutory consultees, and managing submissions during the consenting and delivery phases.Assisting TII in identifying and implementing alternative funding sources, including development levies, airport fare studies, airport contributions, and land value capture.Integrity - Always do the right thing:You will manage project budgets, highlighting risks, challenges, and mitigation strategies.You will support the long-term development of your function or business unit, creating a sustainable future.You will commit to making a positive impact for our people, clients, and planet, taking ownership of upholding Mace's values and holding others accountable.Create opportunity for our people to excel:You will manage design and wider consultant teams collaboratively to ensure responsibilities are effectively completed.You will manage project teams and stakeholders to achieve strategic KPIs.You will actively network and seek understanding of best practices, utilizing resources such as Mace's group knowledge hubs.Qualifications and experience required:More than 10 years' experience in the Irish property market.A recognized degree in property economics or surveying, and being a chartered surveyor.Completion of "The Compulsory Purchase Professional Development Programme".Additional preferred qualifications:Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent.Substantial experience in project delivery within the metro/rail sector.Property or infrastructure project management expertise.Commercial and financial acumen.Experience leading large, diverse teams.Ability to develop relationships with senior stakeholders.Knowledge of carbon and sustainability considerations in project planning.Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from candidates of diverse backgrounds.
