Job Summary:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-class support to our customers via phone or email in Dutch and English language. You will learn how to take full ownership of the customer experience, including issue resolution, and adapt your communication style to meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
Responsibilities:
* Process all reservation requests received by phone or email in Dutch and English language.
* Provide excellent verbal and written skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Learn and master Marriott's global reservation systems.
* Deal directly with our customers, including hotels, to confidently manage all queries.
* Adapt and tailor your communication style to meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
* Leverage effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English language.
* Proven problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new situations.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Basic knowledge of hospitality industry and customer service principles.
