Job Title: Senior MEP Technician
We are seeking an exceptional skilled professional to play a crucial role in the design and development of mechanical and electrical systems for various projects.
* The ideal candidate will possess expertise in creating detailed drawings, schematics, and plans that adhere to industry standards and client specifications.
* You will work closely with our engineering team to contribute to the successful execution of projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
* Produce accurate and detailed drawings using Revit/AutoCAD software, including mechanical and electrical layouts, schematics, and plans.
* Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical drawings.
* Ensure that drawings comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
* Conduct clash detection analysis and provide solutions to optimise coordination between various disciplines.
* Revise and update drawings as necessary based on feedback from stakeholders.
* Maintain organised documentation of drawings and project files.
* Support the project team by providing technical assistance and solutions as needed.

Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience working in the role of BIM & CAD Technician within a team of Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Design.
* Revit/CAD Certified.
* Previous experience as a Revit/CAD Technician.
* Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Familiarity with industry standards and best practices related to CAD implementation.
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
