Your Role

* Meet our A.C.E pillars (Be Friendly, Be Inspiring and Be Invaluable) throughout the Customer Journey.
* Hold an understanding of store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and work to continuously improve them.
* Promote multichannel shopping by using mobile point-of-sale systems to show customers products available across our channels and creating endless aisle orders.
* Engage customers with our brand by signing them up to email newsletters, tagging their purchases to their profile, and sending electronic receipts in line with data protection regulations.
* Use knowledge of promotions or discounts available to inform our customers and increase sales.
* Assist in events including customer events and preview evenings.
* Maintain high visual standards instore.
* Support with floor moves, mannequins and window displays, and replenishment.
* Understand the features (fits, styles, fabrics) of our product ranges and explain these to our customers to support their buying decisions.
* Process deliveries efficiently and ensure that on-the-shop-floor products are replenished and always available for customers.
* Support stock management processes such as stocktakes.
* Utilize company resources such as our website, internal communications, and brand posts to engage with our customers and ensure compliance with daily/weekly actions.
* Be a team player and play an active role in team briefs.
* Understand and comply with Health & Safety and emergency procedures in store.
* Have a professional approach to internal customers, head office departments, centre management (where applicable) and any other visitors.
* Fulfill ship-from-store and Click + Collect processes efficiently and accurately.
* Hold awareness of our charity partner and the positive impact this has, including supporting any events or charity promotions.
* Understand our approach to ethical sourcing and environmental impact to be able to explain this to our customers and the team.
