A global organisation is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support and enhance its ServiceNow platform throughout the current implementation process. This is a key role within the IT team, focused on optimising ITSM processes, driving platform improvements, and delivering stakeholder value.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow platform, including biannual upgrades and new workflow development.
* Analyse business needs, document requirements, and configure the platform accordingly.
* Deliver training and provide support to end-users and fulfilment teams.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT service delivery and reporting.
* Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with best practices.
Ideal Candidate:
* 2+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role with strong ServiceNow experience
* Deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Configuration).
* Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) ideally
* Strong grasp of ITIL principles (ITIL v3 or v4 certification a plus).
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience with Agile/Scrum; familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma is beneficial.
