The Accounts Administrator plays a crucial role in our team, requiring excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and self-motivation. Strong Excel skills and a professional manner are essential for effective communication with Commercial Customers.
* Verify skip and bin data for accurate billing
* Clarify billing queries with drivers
* Ensure customers have correct invoice documentation
* Interact with customers in a professional and helpful manner
* Prioritize tasks for timely and efficient completion
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate filing
* Generate customer reports and sales analysis as agreed
* Prepare weekly/monthly transaction reconciliation reports
* Assist with month-end close-off procedures
* Implement system/process improvements
* Evaluate and optimize administrative processes
* Support various business projects with the management and accounts teams
* Identify and implement cost reduction activities/processes
* Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
* Holds a Business Degree or equivalent Accounting qualification
* Demonstrated ability to collate accurate information, analyze, and report it for business decision-making
* Commercial and common-sense approach to problem-solving
* Professional with strong interpersonal skills
* Able to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
