International firm are seeking a highly experienced Legal PA. This role works closely with the Head of Department in a very fast-paced practice area.
* Salary €50,000-€55,000 / full benefits package including health insurance and pension contribution.
* Hybrid role upon successful passing of probation – three days in the office.
* Beautiful location in the heart of Dublin 2.
You will have worked in Commercial Litigation in a top Irish or International firm and be able to hit the ground running in all aspects of the role including:
* Diary / travel / inbox management including complex meeting coordination and itinerary preparation.
* File management - matter opening, CDD checks, letters of engagement.
* Complex billing including drafting narratives, management of balances and invoice preparation.
* Management of WIP for fee-earners across department.
* Preparation of court documents including pleadings and letters of advices.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
* Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Legal PA in a large, commercial firm.
* Experience will ideally be in commercial litigation or disputes.
* Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite and Legal Billing Software.
