Damovo Ireland is seeking an experienced
Business Development Manager (m/f/d)
to drive new customer acquisition and manage a select portfolio of existing accounts.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic insight with a strong commercial mindset to identify opportunities, build relationships, and deliver sustained revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue and margin growth across private and public sector markets in Ireland and the UK
Generate and convert new business opportunities by developing and executing structured account and sector plans
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution definition to negotiation and contract closure
Collaborate with Pre Sales, Services, and Project teams to deliver robust technology and Managed Services solutions
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM updates
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
Stay current with market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities
Represent Damovo at industry events, conferences, and promotional activities
Experience and Skills we value
Minimum of five years' proven success in new business solution sales
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets with accurate forecasting and structured activity planning
Strong curiosity about emerging technologies and their business impact
