We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Co. Kildare.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination and onboarding
* Liaise with department managers to understand current and upcoming staffing needs
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with recruitment agencies to attract high-quality candidates
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment aligns with overall business objectives
* Coordinate with the communications team at group head office to support recruitment marketing efforts
* Provide content and updates for company websites and LinkedIn pages to promote job opportunities and campaigns
Main Requirements:
* Proven experience in recruitment or a similar talent acquisition role
* Strong understanding of digital recruitment tools and platforms, particularly LinkedIn
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
* Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working across various departments and levels of seniority
* Proactive, well-organised, and detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset
* Experience in the construction or civil engineering sector is a distinct advantage
