This role offers the opportunity to work across a range of sectors including high-spec residential, commercial buildings, life science facilities, data centres, and specialist environments such as cleanrooms and hospitals. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure safe, timely, and quality delivery. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour on site. Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and safety documentation. Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures. Liaise with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to drive progress. Requirements: 4+ years experience in a site management role on building projects. Strong background in at least one of the following sectors: residential, commercial, pharma, or industrial. Excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations and safety standards. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Relevant qualifications (e.g., construction management, engineering, trade background with experience).
