Your New Job
You’ll take on a key customer‑facing role, handling a range of technical tasks using company systems and following set procedures. Key Duties and Responsibilities
Receive and manage tasks using electronic systems provided.
Notify your manager and scheduling team quickly if delays occur.
Keep customers updated with arrival times and notify them of any changes.
Conduct visual risk assessments before starting each job.
Provide accurate updates regarding parts used and ensure parts are pre‑paid when required.
Deliver professional customer service, discuss on‑site recommendations, and document feedback.
Manage regular stock checks on van or stored stock.
Participate in training as directed.
Liaise with on‑site customers and seek office support for additional or unforeseen costs.
Maintain company property and vehicles in good condition.
What Are We Looking For?
