Key Responsibilities:
• Continually review and analyse the Parts business to implement strategic plans
• Monitor and improve customer service levels delivered by the Parts team
• Oversee the management of stock, including daily and emergency orders, new and warranty parts returns
• Analyse department performance against KPIs and compile reports
• Manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities
• Assist in managing departmental promotions and participate in company events
• Collaborate with other departments within the business to achieve shared goals
• Lead the Parts team, administer corrective action as required, and manage their performance
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and ensure a safe working environment
