Role Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Commercial Technology Billing Analyst to join our Commercial team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate billing for technology and service fees across our hotel franchise network. The successful candidate will manage billing operations, coordinate with global Finance, and maintain compliance with US SOX standards.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage billing files for technology and service fees (e.g., PMS, RMS systems) for all franchise hotels.Consolidate usage data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy before submission to Finance for posting.Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to franchise technology fees.Collaborate with Finance to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely billing.Maintain and document processes to ensure SOX compliance.Support audits and provide necessary documentation as required.Continuously improve billing processes for efficiency and accuracy.Process Vendor related invoices for WHR and its affiliates.
