We are recruiting for additional Night Security Supervisor. This role will operate 12 hour night shifts with an average 42 hour week. This role is in Sandyford.
The chosen candidates must have the following essential Qualifications
* Experience leading teams is essential.
Job Functions
* To assist in the management of the day to day operational requirements of the site, specifically focusing on customer service delivery and compliance to the set standards. Aim to exceed expectations for customer experience.
* Monitor customer service skills of security officers giving guidance on best practice, coach where possible and advise Site Leadership of performance issues if not easily resolved or a pattern is emerging.
* Provide mentoring where required to security officers to ensure that all team members are meeting the expected level of customer service delivery
* Develop knowledge of site procedures and systems.
* Debrief the Site Leadership on a regular basis and, when necessary, compile a report on activities, non-compliance issues, staff welfare problems etc.
* Perform daily briefings for the team; ensuring rostered team members are ready for their shift, highlight any operational challenges for the shift ahead including events, VIPs, protests etc.
* Escalate no shows to Site Leadership.
* Lead by example with uniform and deportment. Ensure the team on duty are following the dress code.
* Identify training & development needs.
* Assist Security Officers in first line response to all incidents, Fire, Security and Health & Safety and manage these in accordance with laid down procedures.
