In recent years they have come under new ownership. Since the new ownership, the company has grown from a 2 to a 14 person team in 3 years, with the aim of adding several new members over the coming year.

Their financial sales team is expanding and we are looking for an experience
Financial Advisor
to join the team. The role involves calling inbound leads and use your experience to guide them through the advice process of life insurance, mortgage protection insurance, serious illness cover and income protection and closing sales.

As an Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products over the phone, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our team.
Requirements:
* Certified QFA
* Excellent communication skills
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a Financial Advisor position
* Be comfortable within with targets and in a fast paced environment
* Willing to working within a team and to contribute to the overall success of the team
Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to people who have requested advice and quotes via their inbound channels.
* Complete a financial fact find document and prepared insurance recommendation to suit the prospects needs.
* Delivery recommendations in a compelling and effective way to motivation the prospect to go ahead with the presented recommendation.
* Prepare written recommendations for prospects and follow up with compelling emails.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients.
* Identify cross selling opportunities for other insurance or financial products such as pensions, investments or mortgages.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
