About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Expertise Specialist to join our team. As an Actuarial Expertise Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality actuarial services to clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver a wide range of actuarial assignments, including Solvency II, IFRS 17, peer review, and actuarial function support.
Act as the main point of contact for clients on actuarial engagements.
Manage junior members of the team to deliver high-quality and timely responses to client requests.
Contribute to the development of new consulting propositions.
Requirements
A qualified actuary with 5+ years of relevant experience in the life insurance or reinsurance market.
Solvency II and/or financial reporting experience is highly desirable.
An ability to build strong client relationships and communicate complex analysis in plain English.
A desire to develop and mentor junior staff, including technical training and performance management.
