About The Role
We're looking for a Support and Maintenance Coordinator to manage maintenance activities, coordinate field service teams, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. This role is key to maintaining charger reliability and delivering a seamless experience for users.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for support escalations and maintenance scheduling
* Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with internal teams and service partners
* Log and manage support tickets using helpdesk software
* Monitor charger performance and uptime; trigger service when needed
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usage
* Communicate updates to customers, partners, and internal teams
* Escalate complex issues to technical support and engineering
* Generate reports on service KPIs and downtime metrics
* Support inventory tracking for spare parts and tools
* Ensure adherence to safety and service standards
Requirements
* 24 years in technical coordination, field service, or maintenance planning (telecom/energy/facilities/EV a plus)
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Experience with ticketing/helpdesk systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Zoho Desk)
* Clear communication and customer service skills
* Ability to understand technical documentation and service reports
