Job Description
We are currently inviting applications for a front office professional with 5* previous hotel experience and proven ability to join our team.
Responsibilities
Deal with all guest enquiries and needs.
Accurately bill guest accounts.
Efficiently handle all correspondence.
Maintain good communication with guests, colleagues and management.
Efficiently check in and out all guests.
Take reservations on behalf of the hotel.
Hours of Work
8 hours per day, five days over seven to include weekends and bank holidays.
Main Duties
Punctually attend work with a high standard of personal appearance and uniform.
Be friendly, patient and courteous with guests at all times.
Ensure that all guests feel welcome on check-in and during their stay.
Ensure that the office runs smoothly throughout your shift.
Use initiative while carrying out duties to provide the best possible product and service to guests, and seek ways to improve the customer experience.
Work as a team member in a supportive and considerate manner toward your colleagues.
Record information for the daily Knowledge Report issued to all departments.
Relay any comments or queries to the Duty Manager and General Manager to minimise guest complaints and ensure guests receive the best possible attention and care.
Be familiar with fire safety regulations and procedures in the hotel.
Be aware of hotel security, including access, property, and revenue protection.
Attend to any reasonable requests made by Management.

Qualifications
As a member of the front office team, you will assist in the day‑to‑day running of the department, which includes taking bookings, checking guests in and out, allocating rooms and keys, answering the phone, and serving as the main point of contact for guests. The following knowledge and experience are essential:
1‑2 years previous hotel 5* front office experience
Fluent English both oral and written (C1 minimum)
Experience with Hotsoft and Tablepath is preferred but not essential.
Passion for delivering the highest standard of customer service.
Excellent communication, procedural, and administrative skills.
This is a full‑time position which includes weekends and evening shifts.
