We're seeking a visionary Pharmacy Services Strategic Director to develop and drive contract intelligence initiatives across our pharmacy services portfolio.
Job Overview
This role will involve working closely with Senior Directors to identify new script intelligence opportunities, develop and engage with strategic partnerships, and drive measurable growth through innovative marketing and account management strategies.
You'll serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external provider stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering exceptional value to partners.
Your influence will be essential in driving internal workflows and using analytical tools to identify priority scripts for fulfillment.
* Strategic Provider Engagement & Growth:
o Develop and execute strategic plans to target new script targeting opportunities and expand existing relationships.
o Liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored script prioritization that drives high-margin referrals, revenue, and market share.
* Marketing & Communications Leadership:
o Assist with creating go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and materials that differentiate our pharmacy services in the provider space.
o Partner with sales, clinical, legal, and digital teams to deliver compelling messaging and value propositions.
* Account Strategy & Performance:
o Drive strategic account planning for assigned accounts, including opportunity identification, contract negotiation, and performance tracking.
o Monitor ROI of provider marketing initiatives and optimize based on data-driven insights.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Influence and align internal stakeholders across product, operations, technology, and sales to support provider growth initiatives.
o Represent the voice of the provider in internal script planning and product development discussions.
