**Qualifications Needed:**
- At least 6 years of experience with AutoCAD and Navisworks in plumbing design.
- Strong knowledge of NYC plumbing codes, means, and methods.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently.
- Proficient in creating detailed 2D and 3D AutoCAD designs.
- Experience with clash detection using Navisworks.
- Hands-on experience with High Rise residential project designs.
- Capable of generating detailed shop drawings and clear RFIs.
- Skilled in remote meeting technologies (WebEx/Go To).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
- Fluent English required, for effective communication with industry professionals.
