About the role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Sales Administrator to join our team. As a valued member of our industry-recognised organisation, you will provide essential support to both our sales and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Documentation
o You will be responsible for documenting all sales, ordering, and processing of vehicle sales in an accurate and timely manner.
2. Stock Management
o Maintain up-to-date stock information, ensuring that it remains accurate and reliable.
3. Vehicle Registration
o Organise the registration of vehicles in a prompt and efficient manner.
4. Sales Support
o Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers on and off-site.
5. Customer Support
o Provide empathetic and professional telephone support to customers dealing with issues.
6. Team Collaboration
o Work alongside other teams in Sales, Service Parts & Finance to resolve internal pricing-related queries.
7. Order Amendments
o Oversee and handle amendments or chargeable additions to orders.
8. Email Support
o Respond to customer emails positively and professionally.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
* Excellent administration and data entry skills.
* Motoring experience is essential.
* A strong understanding of customer database systems (knowledge of Pinnacle would be advantageous).
* Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to operate and deliver to demanding deadlines.
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
* An excellent attitude towards providing high levels of customer service.
* Competence and confidence in using Microsoft packages.
* A full clean driving licence is preferable.
* Experience in sales, customer focus, and motor sales is required.
