About the Role:

* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing day-to-day support for service and supply inquiries.

* Deliver high-standard Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) solutions tailored to client needs.

* Conduct weekly replenishment stock checks on client sites and coordinate deliveries based on findings.

* Handle client inquiries from initial contact to sourcing and supply, liaising with suppliers and the procurement team.

* Share monthly reports with client stakeholders highlighting performance and value.
">
* Plan and present at Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients to assess progress and explore opportunities.

* Collaborate with finance to keep client accounts up to date and resolve invoicing issues.

* Identify improvements within client supply chains and propose innovative solutions.
">
* Track account performance, prepare insightful reports, and present value-driven insights to clients.
">
* Drive margin and sales growth through strategic account management.

About You:

* Relevant experience in account management, customer service, or supply chain/logistics, ideally within industrial or manufacturing sectors.

* Strong communication skills to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

* Highly organised with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.

* Proactive approach to solving client challenges and commitment to continuous improvement.

* Familiarity with Vendor Managed Inventory or similar supply chain solutions is a distinct advantage.
