Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for web and backend systems.
* Build scalable, reusable test scripts to support CI/CD pipelines.
* Collaborate with developers, product teams, and QA peers to define test plans and acceptance criteria.
* Guide QA best practices, particularly in automation, across cross-functional teams.
* Analyze test results and drive root cause analysis for defects and failures.
* Ensure testing strategies align with scalable, secure, and high-performance software development.
Requirements:
* 4+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2+ in test automation.
* Strong hands-on skills with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestNG.
* Solid programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
* Experience with API testing using Postman, REST-assured, or similar tools.
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
* Comfortable working in fast-moving environments focused on innovation and quality.
Nice to Have:
* Experience working on AI, ML, or data-intensive software platforms.
* Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
* Performance testing experience using tools like JMeter or Gatling.
* ISTQB or other QA-related certifications.
