About The Role
ORS, one of Ireland's most progressive and people‑first building consultancies, continues to grow across engineering, architecture, surveying, and specialist services.
The People & Culture team is strengthening with a Talent Acquisition Partner who will play a key role in attracting and hiring high‑calibre talent across the ORS Group.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a range of roles while contributing to employer branding and talent initiatives that support our growth and culture.
You'll have autonomy in how you work, flexibility to work remotely, and the opportunity to make a real impact on how ORS attracts and engages talent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned roles and business areas
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on hiring strategies
Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates in line with ORS values and standards
Deliver a positive, inclusive, and professional candidate experience
Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding handovers with People & Culture colleagues
Support employer branding initiatives, careers events, and early talent activity
Maintain accurate recruitment data and support reporting where required
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in an in‑house or agency recruitment role
Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively
A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
Alignment with a people‑first, values‑led culture
Desirable Requirements
Experience recruiting within professional services, construction, or technical disciplines
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment reporting
Interest in employer branding and early careers initiatives
