Lead the management of payroll, compensation and benefits functions in a leading pharmaceutical company.
About This Role
* End-to-end payroll management in line with company policy and legislation.
* Maintain accurate and timely processing of fortnightly payrolls.
* Payroll master data maintenance, budget preparation, forecasts, journals and variance analysis.
* Payroll point of contact for queries and employee communications.
* KPI reporting, statutory filings and compliance reporting support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage payroll administration including health insurance, pension, PHI and death-in-service schemes.
* Act as main contact for providers and employees; manage scheme renewals, rebroking, rates negotiations and payments.
* Prepare annual benefit statements and manage Total Reward Statement.
* Research and advise on best practices in compensation and benefits.
* Implement and manage new schemes or initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Requirements
* 5+ years experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits preferably in pharma/manufacturing.
* Third-level qualification in Business Studies or similar.
* Strong IT and payroll system expertise, analytical mindset and attention to detail.
* Excellent communicator with ability to work across Finance and HR functions.
* Flexible and solution-oriented with experience in process improvements and change management.
