**Job Title:** Senior Business Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this role, responsible for designing, building, and supporting solutions across Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS and Payroll.
This individual will be an integral part of our team, working closely with HR and Payroll teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Translate business needs into actionable plans for HRMS components.
* Configure key HRMS modules (Flexfields, SITs, EITs, Templates).
* Develop and maintain Oracle E-BS CEMLIs using PL/SQL, APEX, Forms, and Reports.
* Support upgrades, migrations, and cross-functional projects.
* Collaborate with Oracle technical support and internal IT counterparts.
* Drive best practices in HR systems documentation and delivery.
