**Agency Partner Manager Role Summary**
We are seeking a results-driven Agency Partner Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, educating and leading strategic conversations with SMB agencies.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make your own discoveries, grow a deep understanding of Tik Tok's products, processes and tools. You will assume ownership of small and medium sized agencies to optimize and improve the performance of their Tik Tok campaigns.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives. This role requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, passion for client service/partnerships to drive long-term growth.
