* Maintain and update customer records based on interactions.
* Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and operations.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills : Ability to listen and convey information clearly to meet customer needs.
* Problem-solving skills : Quick thinking and critical analysis to address and resolve inquiries.
* PC proficiency : Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, with solid experience using ERP systems.
* Experience : A minimum of 2-3 years in a customer service or supply chain role.
* Product knowledge : Willingness to learn and apply product-specific information. Full training provided.
