We're recruiting for an eCommerce Operations Executive to join a beauty business with its own branded products.
This role sits at the heart of the online operation — owning product data, Shopify updates, and online account accuracy across the brand's own DTC site and 40+ online retail partners.
If you're strong in Excel, confident working with Shopify, and enjoy keeping things accurate, organised, and running smoothly — this will suit you.
What you'll be doing
* Managing large Excel files containing product, pricing, and margin data
* Completing and maintaining New Line Forms (NLFs) — including large product uploads
* Updating product changes (barcodes, ingredients, packaging, pricing, imagery)
* Ensuring accurate product information across Shopify and all online retail partners
* Day-to-day updates and management of the Shopify site
* Supporting margin accuracy and commercial data
* Creating clear presentations for online retail accounts
* Communicating clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners
What we're looking for (essential)
* 1-2 yrs suitable eCommerce experience
* Strong Excel skills — comfortable with large datasets and detailed product files
* Hands-on Shopify experience — updating products, content, and data
* Experience working in an online retail or eCommerce environment
* High attention to detail — accuracy really matters in this role
* Strong written and spoken English
* Comfortable working with multiple online accounts and deadlines
