Our client, a leading international food business, is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join its Group Finance function in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant to step into a high-visibility role within a global organisation, working closely with senior leadership and gaining exposure to complex group reporting, technical accounting, and strategic finance initiatives.

Reporting to the Director of Group Reporting, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across the group. You will be responsible for maintaining IFRS-aligned policies, supporting group consolidation, and providing technical accounting insight to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Maintaining and developing group accounting policies and procedures
Supporting monthly group consolidation and oversight of reporting systems
Contributing to half-year and annual reporting, including statutory accounts
Providing technical accounting guidance on IFRS matters, including leases, impairments, and transactions
Supporting finance teams across the business to ensure consistent and accurate reporting
Assisting with audit processes and responding to stakeholder queries
Driving process improvements and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency
Requirements
Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent), ideally trained in a Big 4 environment
2+ years’ post-qualification experience in audit or industry
Strong technical accounting knowledge, with exposure to IFRS and group reporting
Experience or interest in consolidation and financial systems (e.g. SAP BPC, Power BI)
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working to tight deadlines
