Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our expert team. As a key member of our project management consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex projects and contributing to the growth and reputation of our firm.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing diverse and complex projects, with strong knowledge of Irish construction contracts, procurement routes, and commercial best practices. You will be responsible for leading the commercial management and cost control of large-scale projects from inception through to completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
* At least 7 years of experience within a consultancy or client-side QS role, managing diverse and complex projects.
* Strong knowledge of Irish construction contracts, procurement routes, and commercial best practices.
* Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
* Proficiency with industry-standard software and MS Office applications.
* Chartered status with SCSI or RICS preferred, or actively working towards chartership.
