Project Manager (Junior / Senior) – Construction

We are a growing construction company operating across the commercial and private residential sectors in the South East. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Junior or Senior level) to join our team and manage multiple construction projects from planning through to completion.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction projects, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and safety.
This role would suit either:
* A Senior Project Manager with extensive construction and project management experience, or
* A Junior Project Manager with a strong construction background or relevant qualification, looking to progress their career.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects from pre-start through to handover
* Organise and coordinate multiple subcontractors and suppliers
* Oversee all on-site construction activities
* Ensure works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and programme
* Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality control
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
* Attend and chair site meetings as required
* Resolve on-site issues and manage variations where necessary
Requirements
Senior Project Manager:
* Extensive experience in construction project management
* Strong background in commercial and/or residential construction
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
Junior Project Manager:
* Strong construction background or relevant third-level qualification (Construction Management, Engineering, or similar)
* Previous site experience is essential
* Willingness to learn and progress within the company
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
For All Candidates:
* Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively
* Good knowledge of construction methods and sequencing
* Full clean driving licence
* References will be required

Pay: €20.00-€26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
