You'll help create exceptional pastries, desserts, and afternoon tea experiences that reflect The Westbury's commitment to excellence.
About the Role
Prepare and present high-quality pastries and desserts
Support and mentor junior pastry chefs
Maintain top hygiene and HACCP standards
Contribute creative ideas to menus
About You
2–3 years' experience in a similar 4 or 5-star hotel or fine dining role
Strong technical pastry skills and attention to detail
Passionate, creative, and organised team player
