Job Title: Quality Assurance Professional
Maintaining and updating the quality management system documentation, records, and systems is a key responsibility of this role. Process efficiency driving, issue resolution, and feedback are also essential tasks.
* Maintain, update, and manage the quality management system (QMS) documentation, records, and systems.
* Drive process efficiency and provide feedback on issues to improve overall performance.
* Conduct internal audits according to the annual schedule and close out any non-conformances that arise.
* Analyze, identify, and implement manufacturing and business process improvements to enhance capability performance.
* Support engineering teams with product/process verification for new and existing products.
* Run CAPA systems and related tasks.
* Lead quality problem investigations using proven quality tools.
* Assist with operating and maintaining calibration systems.
* Manage and coordinate various quality-related projects and quality aspects of production programs.
* Provide quality support to operations, including leading and supporting root cause-driven approaches to problem-solving efforts for quality issues.
* Develop and implement quality controls for new and existing products.

* Knowledge and experience in materials, sheet metal, and machining processes, or aerospace would be advantageous.
* Experience in PPAPs would be advantageous.
