Job Description We're looking for a customer-obsessed, data driven, and innovative Senior Manager, CRO Master's preferred.
3+ years of experience in UX and CRO, ideally within B2B E-Commerce.
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and UX principles.
Hands-on experience with CRO tools, platforms, and testing methodologies.
Solid knowledge of customer segmentation, data analysis, and personalized marketing.
Experience with CRM and E-Commerce platforms is a strong plus.
You bring excellent analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate, influence, and drive results.
