Responsibilities
Provide customers with professional, efficient maintenance and repair services, ensuring full customer satisfaction.
Deliver technical services to customers, including installation, maintenance and repair of equipment, while meeting agreed service level agreements.
Identify potential business and professional service opportunities to maximise revenue, whilst carrying out day‑to‑day duties.
Manage and control vehicle stock, improving first‑time fix levels for customers and minimising stock losses.
Perform indoor and outdoor technical installations.
Qualifications
Electrical / Electronics knowledge and aptitude (qualification desirable but not essential). Knowledge of AC (230V) and DC (low voltage 24V to 5V); ability to use a multimeter to read voltages and resistance for electrical troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting / fault‑finding skills – use a logical approach to diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults.
PC skills – ability to download and upload software, connect to devices and use configuration apps.
Mechanical aptitude – understand mechanical principles and identify mechanical faults.
Communication skills – effectively communicate technical information, understand technical instructions, read technical diagrams and schematics, and follow technical manuals.
Good knowledge of Ricoh products.
Excellent interpersonal and customer‑handling skills.
Excellent knowledge of company service procedures.
