* Conduct regular audits and monitoring of internal processes
* Develop and implement employee onboarding, training, and development programs
* Promote excellence in clinical practice
* E nsure adherence to HIQA standards, procedures, and guidelines
* Foster open communication among clinical staff through regular meetings
* Establish strong relationships with external community organizations
* Collaborate with marketing to leverage opportunities and maintain a strong local presence
* Implement the company's health and safety policy to safeguard employee, resident, and visitor wellbeing
* Develop and execute evacuation and fire safety training plans
Requirements:
* NMBI General Division Registration
* Minimum 3 years experience working with older adults within the last 6 years
* At least 3 years management or supervisory experience
* Post-registration qualification in Healthcare Management (desirable)
* Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to collaborate at all levels
* In-depth knowledge of ageing processes and elder care best practices
* Genuine interest in person-centered care for elderly residents
* Garda Vetting Clearance
