Overview of the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of management accounting principles and practices, with experience in financial reporting and analysis. They will be responsible for preparing detailed balance sheet reconciliations, processing month-end close postings, and producing financial reporting packs for stakeholders.
Skill Set Requirements
* A qualified or part-qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with relevant work experience.
* Strong analytical skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Familiarity with US GAAP adjustments and group reporting requirements would be an advantage.
* Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with finance and non-finance stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
