HireForce are working with an Irish plc who are looking for an Office Executive to join their team. This role is based in their Head Office and will work across a number of departments. The successful candidate will be an organised individual with strong communication skills and will have prior experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
* Assist with day-to-day administrative functions such as document filing and record-keeping;
* Coordinate meeting and appointments;
* Oversee travel logistics including travel scheduling and accommodation;
* Manage communications, via phone and email;
* Organise events, both internal and external, including meeting room bookings and catering;
* Ad hoc duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Willingness to learn and adapt while having a pro-active mindset;
* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
